Volvo Trucks Ghent: Virtual tour for employer branding

What is it like to work at Volvo Trucks in Ghent? Poppr created an interactive virtual factory tour that lets prospective employees explore the production site and offices before applying. Initiated by AGO, the project brings the workplace into the recruitment journey.

Two routes serve different audiences: production employees and office staff. Visitors can follow a guided storyline or explore the facilities freely, choosing the spaces and stories that matter to them.

A job description can explain a role. This 360° factory tour shows where that role takes place: the plant, machines, assembly lines, workstations and offices.

High-resolution panoramas give candidates control over what they inspect. The purpose is to help them form a clearer picture of the working environment and Volvo Trucks as an employer before taking the next step in the recruitment process.

Throughout the plant there are video testimonials from various people on different parts of the assembly lines and HR.
